While giving a speech in front of the European Parliament, the President of the EU Commission, Jean-Claude Juncker made a sensational remark about the “leaders of other planets.” Momentary slip or monumental confession?

On June 28, while presiding over an EU Parliament emergency meeting, Juncker reached a point in his speech where he claimed that:

“Il faut savoir que ceux qui nous observent de loin sont très inquiets. J’ai vu et entendu et écouté plusieurs des dirigeants d’autres planètes qui sont très inquiets puisqu’ils s’interrogent sur la voie que l’Union Européenne va poursuivre. Et donc, if faut rassurer, et les européens, et ceux qui nous observent de plus… loin.”

Translation:

“It should be known that those who observe us from afar are very worried. I met and heard and listened to several of the leaders from other planets who are very concerned because they question the path the European Union will engage on. And so, a soothing is needed for both the Europeans and those who observe us from … farther away.

Juncker was referring to the recent referendum in the United Kingdom and the local and global complications caused by the UK leaving the European Union. What is unclear is whether he made a mistake and was actually referring to other planetary leaders or he specifically meant otherworldly rulers. After all, the literal translation of “dirigeants d’autres planètes” is leaders of other planets. If this is the case, then it becomes obvious that EU Commission leaders are routinely and continuously in contact with extraterrestrial forces who actively monitor the Earth’s geopolitical map. This does not bode well for the European Union and the rest of the planet isn’t that better off.

^Update as of February 6th 2018, we have noticed yet another unfortunate occurence, “this video is no longer available because the Youtube account associated with this video has been terminated.” If you find another video we can show for reference, we encourage you to share it with us.

Media outlets from around the world picked up on the story and the official response was quick to follow, not in the form of specifically addressing the situation, but as an attempt to cover up the massive misstep. The official transcript was modified and left out the “leaders of other planets” part. [English version here.]

This behavior did nothing to quell our rising concerns. On the contrary, it made it look like Juncker made the admission on his behalf alone and stepped over his attributes in the process. As the leader of the EU Commission, he would have certainly corrected himself if his words simply came out wrong. But he didn’t and the official response offered no clarification. Staying true to the governmental attitude, they simply left out the inconvenience.

If those who “observe us from farther away” are concerned about the fragmentation of whatever worldwide unity we have on Earth, it stands to reason that said unity could be a prerequisite for global disclosure. Are they demanding that we stay united before being accepted into the interplanetary assembly? Do they despise provincialism?

It is possible that Juncker’s statement simply came out wrong and he meant to say “continents” instead of planets. But that hasn’t kept speculation out. Not one bit. In an article on the Exopolitics website, Dr. Michael E. Salla noted that Juncker’s mishap might actually point to a connection between the European Union (acting as a facade for the Forth Reich built through covert economic means and not military take-downs) and the society of Draconians that secretly rule the world. He argues that the situation collectively known as Brexit “is a clear challenge to the Fourth Reich.”

If Salla’s suspicions are true, we are left wondering: was Juncker delivering a veiled warning? As Angela Merkel’s protegé, it would have been his duty to convey a message of dissatisfaction from our reptilian overlords.
