Some of you may already know that the United States is one of the few countries in the world involved in the usage of chemtrails and biological weapons. However, a newly declassified video brings up even more evidence of this hostile practice that may still continue even today.
Recorded in 1952 and only recently being released to the general public, the video called “Naval Concepts of Chemical and Biological Warfare,” used to serve as training material for the US Navy rookies. Produced by the US Naval Photographic Center, it offers a detailed report of “offensive biological and chemical warfare,” as well as how-to-use tactics.
As an example, the video reveals two specific tests carried out with non-pathogenic agents in the US, but no details regarding the specific chemicals that had been used were provided, except for a short remark saying they are stand-ins for biological weapons.
Although these tests were performed during the Cold War and were ultimately shut down during the Nixon administration, there are some analysts claiming that this chem-spraying phenomenon has never actually ended, and there are recent videos along with a leaked Navy tutorial in chemtrails to prove it.
To better understand how the US engaged into the field of bioware, let’s have a closer look at what the video’s narrators has to say:
Navy delivery and dispersion of the agents started with tests made in 1950. A rather crude spraying system was installed on a minelayer, which, in September of that year secretly cruised off the coast of California and sprayed some 50 gallons of biological simulant 2-5 miles off shore.
Within an hour, the stimulant has been carried ashore by the wind. Sampling tests showed some 48 square miles of heavily populated area was contaminated. Had an infectious agent been used in the spray, there might have been 210,000 casualties.
Sounds disturbing, right? But when seen from a war-time perspective, this practice doesn’t seem so bad after all, and this is probably the exact reason why the Navy decided to declassify the video after so many years.
After all, when Napoleon’s grand army attempted to defeat the Russian’s army back in 1812, they were surprised by scorched villages with no food nor livestock left to furtherly help the soldiers march towards victory, which is probably the same result the US expected from the use of chemtrails, and as some would say – the end justifies the means.
Biological and chemical warfare has two principle objectives, the video narrator stated. To reduce enemy’s production of food by destroying his crops and food producing animals, and to incapacitate the enemy’s armed forces and that portion of his human population that directly supports them.
However, after the US got a taste of it, they didn’t limit themselves to using bio-weapons only during a conflict. Either that, or they already knew about the wars to come and the need of using such weaponry. A couple of years later, the Navy carried out a larger-scale test off the coast of North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia as the video narrator furtherly describes:
The USS Tercel cruised along some 100 miles of coastline, spraying 25 pounds of fluorescent tracer particles. The operation lasted 8 hours, and sampling tests made throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia indicated an area of 20,000 square miles received these particles, proving that it is possible to contaminate large land areas by releasing sprays at seas under proper weather.
In the present days, there is still plenty of evidence revealing that this phenomenon is as real as it used to be. However, it’s likely that the Navy has some other new purposes for the use of chemtrails.
Some conspiracy theorists have speculated that the toxic residue that comes from burnt coal (which generates 44% of total electricity in the US,) is being rid off through this secret Navy chemtrail program. Other more radical hypothesis speak of the usage of advanced bioweapons (such as stardust) that are still being utilized in the Middle East warzones.
From our perspective, it’s hard to prove such things, and even harder to think of our own governments spraying dangerous chemicals over the unaware population. However, it’s likely that a grain of truth resides in all these conspiracy theories, but it has to be taken lightly and with much care. Remember – the truth is out there! And I’m not just quoting Mulder.
