The Surprising Truths of The Secret Space Program

What is the S.S.P.? And how is been funded?

There are still countless mysteries on our planet waiting to be unravelled. One of those mysteries is what is the Secret Spaceship Program and how are the costly secret space ship programs kept alive. Many speculate there is a group, out there in our solar system, right now, which is colonizing space. And this group is run by people on Earth! Apparently, this group has done what seems impossible, only seen in the likes of movies such as Star Trek and Star Wars. Imagine portal travel and faster than light (speed) travel being possible and a well-established reality; and this has been kept hidden.

But, where is the funding coming from to keep them operational ?

In 1987 Tim Weiner, a reporter from the Philadelpia Inquiry, acquired a declassified-in pat document [ Declassified in Part -Sanitized Copy Approved for Release 2011/12/2020 :CIA-RDP90– ] and wrote an article titled: The Dark Secret of the Black Budget...”by making 35 billion in defence programs invisible, the Pentagon is hurting national security.”

But what exactly is the “black budget?

The term is an unofficial one, as shadowy as the thing that it seeks to obscure. The Washington Post used it to describe the Snowden-leaked account of money that funds Central Intelligence Agency, National Security Agency, and other spy service projects, known officially as the National Intelligence Program (NIP). It can also refer to the Department of Defense’s Military Intelligence Program (MIP). The MIP was established in 2005 and includes all the intelligence programs that support operations in armed services.

But it isn’t just the Black Budget funding the S.S.P.

The mind bending thing is that the Black Budget is not the only source of funding. Apparently there is more than the money laundered from operations on Earth.

How Could This Be?

Understand, There Are Other Resources Outside of Earth

There are two types of asteroids that are resource rich and very lucrative for trade beyond Earth. The first are achondrites, which are rich in platinum group metals (ruthenium, rhodium, palladium, osmium, iridium and platinum). These precious metals gravitate to the cores of planets as they form, meaning that they are very deep down on Earth. In the turbulent early solar system, however, some burgeoning planets were smashed to pieces in collisions and became some of the achondrite asteroids.

The second asteroids of interest are chondrites. They are perhaps the more immediately valuable, being rich in water, but also because it is a very efficient radiation shield.

The breakaway civilizations are now harvesting and trading these resources with their own technologies, whose original funding came from the labours of human beings on Earth who are “tax paying citizens.” Further, we are not benefiting from these technologies, leaving us under-developed and limited.
