A remarkable disc-shaped craft was recently photographed while flying over Hawaii and UFO enthusiasts are now searching for a UFO base hidden in the nearby mountains.

According to a testimony filed with the Mutual UFO Network, the flying saucer was photographed on October 23, 2016 on the island of O’ahu, near Waikane. The witness said the sighting happened around noon and that he caught the object using his phone’s multiple photos setting. At that time, the spectator failed to see the UFO but he immediately noticed something was amiss once he started going through the photos.

“I noticed one of them was not like the others,” the witness told MUFON.“At first I thought a wood chip was on my lens, but I looked closer and I realized I had spotted a UFO. Now, I don’t really believe in stereotypical UFOs, but this creeped me out so much that I’m reporting it just in case it really is one.”

The object in the photos can be described as a classic, saucer-shaped craft. Upon closer inspection, the yellow-orange UFO appears to have a dome-like structure on top, a feature that is ubiquitous in crafts of this type.

This sighting is only the most recent in a long series that has experts wondering about the possibility of a UFO base somewhere in the inaccessible mountain ranges of the Hawaiian island. The regularity with which these sightings now take place has convinced conspiracy theorists that Hawaii is on par with Russia as a ‘Holy Grail for UFOs.’

It may surprise you, but The Lawful Hawaiian Government, an organization that aims to bring back the Old Hawaiian Kingdom has even constructed a UFO landing pad to accommodate the otherworldly visitors. On a dried lava field in Hawaii’s Big Island, the group has even laid the bricks for a Visitor Sanctuary. Hawaii is hot and cool, it seems.

“The idea is to announce to the world, and to the universe, that Hawaii is here, Hawaii is back, Hawaii is a neutral country,” said project coordinator Garry Hoffeld. “We’re interested in making peaceful relationships with everybody on the world – and even off the world.”

This unusual approach can be regarded as the natural consequence of a phenomenon whose magnitude is on the rise.

Also on the rise is the conviction among believers that Hawaii is home to at least one major underground UFO base. Its geography is ideal for extraterrestrial forces that want to camouflage themselves. The secluded and inaccessible peaks could offer plenty of places where an advanced fleet could be stationed and the area’s overall remoteness minimizes the risk of accidental discovery. This recent sighting was one lucky catch.

It also caught the attention of UFO enthusiasts around the world, who firmly believe the aliens didn’t make a random choice when they settled in Hawaii. Maybe it’s because of the islands’ positions or their extensive volcanic activity. It’s a known fact that UFOs routinely show up whenever volcanoes show signs of imminent eruptions, almost as if the immense release of energy is of interest to them.

One popular theory is that UFOs needn’t follow the laws of physics as we know them. In order to withstand the hardship of interstellar travel, these crafts must be made from exotic materials the likes of which we’ve yet to dream. UFOs have been photographed entering and exiting the Sun, so it shouldn’t be too hard for them to survive the pressure and temperature inside an active volcano. It’s been claimed they use volcanoes as portals to inner Earth, if this rumored location even exists. Well, it definitely exists, but mainstream science says it’s a maelstrom of hot gas, molten rock and metal.

Not a very friendly place, but highly energetic. You could say it’s an ideal source of energy, for those with the technology to tap into it.
