Here is the list with the twelve members of the secret governmental group who denied humanity the right to know the truth about universal existence:

  • Dr. Vannevar Bush – Chairman of the Joint Research and Development Board between 1945 and 1949. He was adviser to the President and a key player in atomic bomb development.

  • Nathan Twining – Commander of Air Materiel Command at Wright Field who later became Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the US’s highest military position.
  • General Hoyt Vanderberg – Chief of Military Intelligence during World War II and second Director of Central Intelligence between 1946 and 1947.
  • Dr. Detlev Bronk – Biophysicist, Head of the National Academy of Science and Chairman of the Medical advisery Board of the Atomic Energy Committee.
  • Dr. Jerome Hunsaker – Renowned aircraft designer and Chairman of the National advisery Committee on Aeronautics.
  • Rear Admiral Sidney Souers – First Director of Central Intelligence in 1946. He was named First Executive Secretary of National Security Council in 1947.
  • Gordon Gray – Assistant Secretary of the Army. He became the National Security adviser and Director of CIA’s Psychological Strategy Board.
  • Dr. Donald Menzel – Harvard Professor of Astrophysics and debuker of UFOs. He held a Top Secret Ultra clearance and was a security adviser to several presidents.
  • Major General Robert Montague – Head of the Special Weapons Project at the Atomic Energy Commission at Albuquerque, New Mexico.
  • Dr. Lloyd Berkener – Executive Secretary of the Joint Research and Development Board, also member of the CIA and founder of the UFO Committee in 1950.

One member from the list seemed misplaced. Dr. Donald Menzel, the Harvard University Astronomer apparenly had a contrary vision concerning extraterrestrial life. He wrote three anti-UFO books and other papers denying the existence of flying saucers.

Dr. Donald Menzel

Because of this seemingly wrong comparison of Menzel with the rest of the people from the list, who shared totally different beliefs, researchers were confused, considering the MJ-12 documents to be fake.

But since we are talking about a top secret group, what’s the best way to trick the sheep than to pose as one of them ?
In 1986, an analyst got his hands on Menzel’s papers from Harvard University’s Archives. What he learned from those papers put an end to the contrary beliefs about MJ-12 member, Dr. Donald Menzel.

He revealed that the esteemed professor had a 30-year old association involved with the NSA and he also had a Top-Secret Ultra clearance with the CIA. He also found out that Menzel went to visit New Mexico numerous times between 1947 and 1948, visits compensated by the Government.

Because of the events and leaked information uncovered along the years, it is likely that our species made contact with extraterrestrials, studied them and even “borrowed’ from their advanced technology.

Whether we are right or not, new evidence will surface in the years to come, eventually bringing light into this unfortunate matter in which humanity stands.

Until the time comes, the MJ-12 files remain one of the most intriguing and complex pieces of evidence we have in the history of UFOlogy.
