30 Bible Verses That Scholars Believe Reference Aliens Or UFO’s

As we look at our history we can see that there’s a plethora of wisdom in ancient texts and manuscripts. The Bible happens to be on that list, boasting 66 books between the old and new testament that have stood the test of time. Today we’ll be uncovering specific verses in the bible where Jesus, his disciples or other notable historical figures in this time period pointed to something beyond us in the realm that we live in.

First, we have:

The Bible verse, John 17:14-16. In this passage, Jesus is praying to God the Father and says:

“I have given them Your word; and the world has hated them because they are not of the world, just as I am not of the world.
I do not pray that You should take them out of the world, but that You should keep them from the evil one.
They are not of the world, just as I am not of the world.”

This passage highlights the distinction between being physically present in the world but not conforming to its values and ways.

It’s directly from Jesus, but one could argue that being “in this world but not of it” shows that he was not from here, and the other believers who had faith were not from here either. One could argue that Jesus was an ‘alien’ of sorts, in his own right. He truly wasn’t from here.

While it doesn’t mention aliens from distant planets, it does refer to “cosmic powers over this present darkness” and “spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places” (Ephesians 6:12). This raises the question: could the UFO and alien phenomena people report today actually be manifestations of these malevolent spiritual forces aiming to undermine our faith in God?
