A Video was recently filmed by locals in Port Hedland, an area in Western Australia showed the sky was lit up with a mysterious green glowing light that appears to be an object that was soaring very quickly. The strange glow in the sky was also spotted by other people in parts of South Australia.
This object looks very similar to the green glowing object in the sky in Siberia pictured here.
Experts from a meteor research group say it was only a small asteroid. Renee Sayers from Curtain University, which runs the meteor research group, Desert Fireball Network, believed it was only a small asteroid. However, people are coming up with their own theories as to what this actually was.
Check out the video below and let us know what you think it is:
What do you think it is? An Asteroid? Meteor? UFO?
This is interesting as the green glowing object in Siberia looks to be the same as this. There are many theories surrounding the Siberia sighting. Read and see the images about it here.
Other astronomers said they believe it could be Asteroid 2002 NN4, which was scheduled to pass Earth around the time of the sighting. That asteroid is estimated to be the size of 6 football fields with an estimated diameter of up to 570 metres according to the Centre for Near Earth Object Studies.
Like we’re always told by NASA (what a joke) we just missed this asteroid hitting our earth. Even though it’s always close, it never hits earth. Notice that? Despite being clearly visible, they claim that the asteroid was about 5.2 million kilometres away from our planet, so NASA says, so there was no risk of it hitting the Earth. According to them.
The next time 2002 NN4 will be anywhere near this close to the Earth will be in June 2029.
